Inspection

Language training
Your nurses will be trained in their country of origin up to language level B2. A B1 exam is completed parallel to recognition.
Recognition
We take care of the official procedures in both countries. You will receive regular updates about the current status.
Visa
We coordinate the issuance of visas with the German embassy in the country of origin.
Entry preparation
We will work with you to coordinate the entry of your nurses. The nurses receive an integration and crash course about working and living in Germany.
Adaptation measure
If necessary, we will support you in deciding whether you should take a knowledge test or an adaptation course.
Integration
We support you and your new nursing staff in matters of integration in Germany.
