We are delighted to have been awarded the RAL quality mark "Fair Recruitment Care Germany". The quality mark stands for fairness, ethics and transparency and gives nursing professionals and employers the assurance that our processes always respect these core aspects.

Fair and ethical recruitment is a matter close to our hearts. One of our core principles is the Employer Pays Principle. This means that our process is always free of charge for nursing professionals.
